I can be a nervous patient, but he always knows how to put me at ease. He’s incredibly skilled, attentive, and compassionate, and I truly appreciate the care he provides.The entire staff is also so kind, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure you’re comfortable and taken care of.. I’ve been coming to Avalon Laser for a while now, and every time I walk through the doors, I’m greeted by such a warm and welcoming staff.I recently started seeing Dr. Reza Tirgari for PRP treatments, and I have to give him a special shout-out. I can be a very nervous patient, and somehow he always knows how to make me feel at ease. If he notices me clenching my teeth or getting tense, he’ll start talking to me, ask about my favorite vacation, or simply distract me with conversation. Those little things make such a big difference. Having a doctor of his caliber who is also so attentive and compassionate is something I truly appreciate.And the staff deserve recognition as well. "I’m so glad I stumbled upon Avalon Laser in Carlsbad. I’ve been getting Botox, PRP treatments, and facials for years at different med spas, so I’ve had plenty of experiences to compare. This was my first visit here, and I was extremely impressed.Brianna, the RN who did my Botox, was amazing. She took the time to really assess my face and what I actually needed instead of just using a standard number of units. I ended up needing about half the Botox I had been getting at other places, and it was also about half the price. The results look incredibly natural and honestly better than what I’ve had done elsewhere.I also just had a microneedling facial and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The treatment was professional and comfortable.Jessica at the front desk is wonderful as well. She’s incredibly patient, friendly, and very helpful when it comes to scheduling and working with you on pricing.If you’re looking for Botox, microneedling, PRP, or a great med spa in Carlsbad, I highly recommend Avalon Laser. I’m really happy I found this place and will definitely be coming back."

"I got my hair back! I went to Dr. Tirgari for a consultation because I had lost a lot of my hair and was hoping to keep the rest. He suggested that I do a PRP treatment. Not only I kept the old hair but I grew lots of new hair and that means no more wearing hats. Their staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and their faculty is clean. The best part was that the prices were lower compared to everywhere else I looked into. I definitely recommend them!"
"Dr. Tirgari and his staff are amazing! They made me feel comfortable and safe. I love the options that are available to keep me looking young. I recently had a Vivace Radio Frequency Microneedling with PRP. I saw immediate results in the size of my pores. Over the last several months I have seen much improvement in both tone, tightness and overall appearance of my skin. The procedure was relatively painless and no real down time. I have had botox also and the results were great. Dr. Tirgari makes sure his staff is educated to the highest standards.
