I have been to Avalon Laser a few times, specifically their Carlsbad & San Diego offices. The offices are spotless and offer a modern & warm ambiance. The staff is professional, welcoming and accommodating. Each time I’ve called to change my treatment date, time or what I wanted to have done all together they (Jessica & Mallory who I’ve spoken with) have been able to accommodate. I initially went in to get a Vivace (microneedling RF) treatment done. My nurse, Raiza, went over my concerns and why I wanted to get Vivace done. She reviewed other treatments that may/may not be recommended for the concerns I have. I was very comfortable during my session and she made sure to voice whenever she thought the treatment might cause some stinging. She made sure all my questions and concerns were addressed and never pushy in offering any other treatments. I actually scheduled the appointment for a different treatment add on but backed out at the last minute and after talking with her and being educated as to why said treatment was not recommended I felt completely confident in my decision. She is extremely knowledgeable. Even though I live over an hour away I will continue to go to Avalon Laser for my beauty treatment needs because I trust them in their knowledge of services offered. I also love that they are open Saturdays as my work schedule can usually only accommodate some weekends. Of other places I’ve been to Avalon Laser is by far the best. With a wide range of treatments offered and staff who know what they’re doing I won’t go anywhere else!

I’ve had a wonderful experience at Avalon with laser hair removal, microneedling, and the diamond glow facial which was absolutely incredible. I love this place so much!. I had a lot of acne scars and needed some guidance from Dr.Trigari on how to proceed. He advised me to start with the microneedling sessions. I had so many microneedling sessions, around 12-13 with Laura and I saw a huge difference within 6 months of consistency. Laura is very professional and knows what she is doing. I also started getting CO2 laser to help with the deeper scars. I got my second CO2 laser with Morgan, she is an angel and she is absolutely wonderful. I also got to meet Sophie today and she is very sweet. She helped me a lot with choosing the right products for my skin and scheduling my appointments. I had referred so many people to them, and they never disappoint.I love coming to this place because the doctor and the staff are very professional and they really do care about their patients. Their office is so clean and so comfy.I am so happy to see they are opening new offices in different locations. Best of luck and hopefully you guys open centers across the country.
