Carlsbad, CA Cosmetic Surgery Office

Love getting the clear and brilliant laser here! Such great results for something that doesn’t require any down time. Even my husband noticed my skin was glowing and fine lines were reduced. Koreen was great, highly recommend her. She’s super sweet and does a great job.

I had my SmartLipo procedure with Dr. Reza Tirgari on August 12, and I’m very happy with my results! I had my abdomen and flanks treated, and I can already see a great improvement in my shape.Dr. Tirgari and his team made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process, and I’m really pleased with my experience. It’s only been a little over a month, so I know my results will continue to improve, but so far I’m extremely happy with my decision.I would definitely recommend Dr. Tirgari to anyone considering SmartLipo. Thank you, Dr. Tirgari and the entire team! ❤️

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I’ve been coming to Avalon Laser for a while now, and I’m always greeted by such a warm and welcoming staff.I recently started seeing Dr. Reza Tirgari for PRP treatments, and he deserves a special shout-out. I can be a nervous patient, but he always knows how to put me at ease. He’s incredibly skilled, attentive, and compassionate, and I truly appreciate the care he provides. The entire staff is also so kind, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure you’re comfortable and taken care of.. Their pricing is very reasonable compared with other places around San Diego, especially considering the quality of service they provide. I Highly recommend!

I had such a great experience at this medspa for my laser hair removal! Jessica and Viviana at the front desk were so welcoming, friendly, and helpful, making the whole experience seamless from the moment I walked in. Chelsea, my nurse, was amazing!
