"I had an appointment at Avalon Laser today for a Nefertiti lift, masseter Botox, and a lip flip, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience!I followed Raiza here from another practice because she is truly one of a kind. I have had a severe fear of needles since I was a child, and she has always gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, calm, and cared for. She takes the time to listen to your concerns, understand your goals, and never makes you feel rushed.Raiza is incredibly patient and understanding. I have even fainted during appointments before, and she has always been so kind, waiting for me to recover and making sure I’m okay before continuing. She does everything she can to make the experience easier, including using numbing cream, distraction techniques, and even a fan to help keep me comfortable throughout the treatment.If you have anxiety about injections or are looking for someone who genuinely cares about their patients, I cannot recommend Raiza enough. She is professional, compassionate, and truly the best at what she does. "I’m so glad I stumbled upon Avalon Laser in Carlsbad. I’ve been getting Botox, PRP treatments, and facials for years at different med spas, so I’ve had plenty of experiences to compare. This was my first visit here, and I was extremely impressed.Brianna, the RN who did my Botox, was amazing. She took the time to really assess my face and what I actually needed instead of just using a standard number of units. I ended up needing about half the Botox I had been getting at other places, and it was also about half the price. The results look incredibly natural and honestly better than what I’ve had done elsewhere.I also just had a microneedling facial and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The treatment was professional and comfortable.Jessica at the front desk is wonderful as well. "I've been a long-term customer of Avalon Laser for more than a decade. I've tried IPL, Clear & Brilliant, and Botox treatments there and I've always been so happy with the results. This week, I treated myself to Clear & Brilliant for my face, laser hair removal for my legs, and a Brazilian bikini, and the nurse, Chealsea, who took care of me was just wonderful - so professional and friendly, she really put me at ease. The receptionist was also great, taking the time to explain all the payment options to me. The place is always so clean and welcoming. "I highly recommend Avalon Laser. For someone that was super nervous about new treatments, everything they recommend and have done gets 15/10 stars. From the microneedling to Botox and dysport to facials. I haven’t had a bad experience. Nancy has made my experience off the charts. She makes all of her patients feel right at home. Ive also gone in requesting services that I heard about that were way more expensive and they told me I didn’t need it and recommend something less expensive that worked better. Every time I call I'm greated with very professional and kind receptionists (shout out to Leslie, I usually speak to her & she's seriously amazing).
