"Nurse Briana is truly exceptional. She has an incredibly light hand, takes her time, and is extremely attentive to every concern, question, and pre/post-procedure detail. My CO2 laser treatment with her was handled with such precision and care, and the results have been amazing. The face filler she did for me looks more than natural - exactly the kind of subtle, beautiful result every woman hopes for. You can tell she genuinely cares about her work and her clients. I wouldn’t trust my skin with anyone else and I’m always looking forward to seeing her again for years to come!Jessica at the front desk is wonderful. "I’m so glad I stumbled upon Avalon Laser in Carlsbad. I’ve been getting Botox, PRP treatments, and facials for years at different med spas, so I’ve had plenty of experiences to compare. This was my first visit here, and I was extremely impressed.Brianna, the RN who did my Botox, was amazing. She took the time to really assess my face and what I actually needed instead of just using a standard number of units. I ended up needing about half the Botox I had been getting at other places, and it was also about half the price. The results look incredibly natural and honestly better than what I’ve had done elsewhere.I also just had a microneedling facial and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The treatment was professional and comfortable.Jessica at the front desk is wonderful as well. She’s incredibly patient, friendly, and very helpful when it comes to scheduling and working with you on pricing.If you’re looking for Botox, microneedling, PRP, or a great med spa in Carlsbad, I highly recommend Avalon Laser. "From the moment you walk in and Jessica greets you, you immediately feel welcome. The lobby is inviting and relaxing and each treatment room is clean and comfortable. All of the nurses are amazing and make the appointments fun and relaxing. They ensure you are doing okay throughout the session and remind you that “spicy” means it’s working! Avalon Laser in Carlsbad is amazing and I only wish I’d found it years earlier! Check it out- you will not be disappointed!"

"Decided to book a consultation with Avalon based on great reviews and services. The Carlsbad location is so gorgeous inside and the staff are welcoming! Dr. Tirgari was able to determine a peel and IPL would be the best solution in treating my neck and chest rosacea that I have noticed worsen during perimenopause. Look forward to starting the treatments. Dr. Tirgari recommended their SPF and Rosacea cream to use in combination of the treatments."

She sits down with you to go over your skin goals and sets up a plan with how to achieve them. I love that she is realistic about everything as well and lets you know what you need to do without making you feel like she's upselling you. Every time I call I'm greated with very professional and kind receptionists (shout out to Leslie, I usually speak to her & she's seriously amazing). Cassandra and the rest of the girls working the front desk/ answering the phones are extremely nice, answer any questions and concerns, and are always great about reminding me of my appointments, which I really appreciate! I’m currently getting laser hair removal and was quite nervous about the procedure. Both Lauren and Brittany were great about letting me know about the procedure, reassuring me and answering any questions without making me feel weird for asking. "My consult ended up being my first treatment for laser hair removal for my upper lip and my underarms. Angela was very easy-going, polite, funny, and considerate. She answered every question I had and was very honest and upfront about potential side effects. She spent time talking through different plans and understood Inwould be leaving soon for several months. It was her idea to go ahead and treat me that day and I jumped on board with no hesitation (and I am a person who always has a ton of questions and tend to be skeptical).When she started on my lip she explained everything she was about to do, as well as what I was about to feel. Her light humor had me laughing a little, so it took a minute to continue. It was like she said, like I was being popped with a small rubber band, but the sting went away almost instantly.The underarms were more sensitive so the sting was sharper, but it went away almost instantaneously as well. The procedure for both areas took two minutes tops.She gave me some hydrocortisone cream and sunscreen, and made sure I understood to stay out of the sun for a week.This was a month ago.I hate the prickly feeling of underarm hair and would shave every day, sometimes twice a day. After my first laser treatment, I shaved every two days, and that was only for appearances. The hair was so fine I couldn't feel it.The hair on my upper lip took a bit longer to grow back before I noticed it, and even then I couldn't see it, I would just feel it. It came back patchey, fine, and I could not make out the dark color it had been before.My second treatment, yesterday, was much quicker. I asked more questions about how the laser picks up on the finer hair, and Angela informed me adjustments are made based on the clients feedback. She is the one who noticed the lip hair was coming back patchy. That is how unnoticeable it was to me.She went much faster with the laser and the sting seemed to be felt much less. Perhaps because the hair was more fine...?My appointment had been for 2:45, she came out on time, and I was out front ready to pay exactly 15 minutes later.The three girls at the front (one seemed to be in training) were just as light hearted, funny, and considerate as Angela. They made an effort to get to know me and were extremely approachable and uplifting. Angela had made cookies for Valentine's Day and jokes were made about calories not counting on holidays. I took one and it was delicious and nicely decorated.The place is very well kept and has a light atmosphere. The girls at the front were discreet with other clients, and if I heard what type of procedure had been done, it was from the client herself.Great place, great people, and great results. The price is very manageable and I'm already saving money on razors! I highly recommend anyone to come in, at least for a consultation. It's eye opening."
